From the first session, Jay has shown a lot of professionalism and knowledge about both exercise and nutrition. During the sessions, he is always making sure that posture is correct before starting the exercises and if you have any previous injuries he always adjusted the workout so that it is safer. All and all you will not regret having him as your trainer. You will work very hard but you will also learn how to correctly execute the exercises which in the long run will help you.
