Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015. Legislation UK+2Business Companion+2
7.1 Digital programmes and online plans
Many of our products are digital content (for example, online training plans, PDFs, videos or portal access).
By law, for most online purchases you have a 14-day “cooling-off” period from the day after the contract is made, during which you can change your mind.
However, for digital content you lose this right to cancel once you ask us to start providing the digital content and access is given.
To comply with this:
- At checkout, we may ask you to tick a box confirming that:
- You request that we start providing the digital content immediately; and
- You understand that you lose your statutory right to cancel once access to the plan or content has been provided. Which?+2anglesey.gov.wales+2
If you do not agree to this, you should not start the plan or access the content until you are sure you do not want to cancel.
If you have not accessed the plan or content and are within 14 days of your purchase, you may contact us to request a cancellation and refund.
7.2 Personal training and coaching (services)
If you buy personal training sessions or coaching as a package or ongoing Service:
- You may have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after we confirm your purchase, provided you have not yet started using the Service.
- If you ask us to start delivering the Service within that period (for example, by attending a session or having your plan delivered), we may deduct a proportionate amount for the Service already provided.
If you have chosen to pay by monthly instalments:
- You may usually cancel by giving us at least one month’s written notice (for example, by email).
- All payments made up to the end of your notice period are non-refundable, but we will not take further payments after the notice period ends.
Full details of any specific cancellation terms for your plan will be set out on the relevant page of the Site or in your welcome email.
7.3 How to cancel
To cancel a plan or Service, please contact us at info@safari-fitness.com, including:
- Your name
- The email address you used to sign up
